Jacki's Class in Los Altos, California, Goes to the Dogs!
Instructor Nancy Franich found the perfect accessories to maximize the smiles and fun in her Aerobic Dancing class in Los Altos, California.  Pictured above is Nancy's class after dancing to Toby Keith's Every Dog Has Its Day in the Enchanted Winter 2010 session.  Treats to all!

Birthday Surprise for Instructor Martha Stegen
 Above, instructor Martha Stegen, who teaches Jacki's Aerobic Dancing in Los Alamitos and Seal Beach, California, is surprised by her students on her 79th birthday.  Right after taking their beginning heart rates, Martha's students took off their jackets to reveal the special T-shirts they were wearing in honor of Martha.  There's another important 79 in Martha's life:  She began teaching Jacki's classes in Winter 1979 (session name: Magic).

Step Brothers and Step Sisters in Maine

Best Friends in Washington, D.C.
In celebration of the Best Friends session, Marilyn Myer's students autographed each other's session shirts, as a souvenir and reminder of the friendships that have blossomed and endured through the sessions at Jacki's.  Most of these students have been in the program 25+ years!  Instructor Marilyn is wearing a pink shirt, 4th from the left in the front row.

Instructor Vanessa Evan-Bouchelle's Bel Air, Maryland, class surprised Vanessa on Halloween during the Superheros session.  On Halloween morning, the students all showed up in Superman T-shirts, made by student Susan Stone.  As the students walked into class, Vanessa noticed first one, then two, then all the shirts!  And, Susan made a Superman T-shirt for Vanessa, as well.

Jacki Sorensen's Aerobic Dancers bring home the Silver and Bronze in the 2008 California Inland Empire Senior Olympic Games!
Chair volleyball is a new sport that debuted in the California Senior Olympics in 2008.  Instructor Debbi Harper's group of Jacki Sorensen's Aerobic Dancers entered two teams for the 2008 California Senior Olympics…and they took the Bronze and Silver medals!  Every Tuesday and Thursday the group hustles, glides, scoots, weaves, and sways gracefully with the choreography of Jacki Sorensen.  And then after class…apparently still bursting with energy…they play chair volleyball for another hour!  The dancers and Olympians range in age from 59 to 92.  They really took to heart the session Forever Young at Jacki’s!  Congratulations!
